Shipping Policy
We process orders Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Most orders ship within one business day after processing and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
There is no minimum order requirement. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 for customers within the continental United States. Orders under $100 incur a flat shipping charge of $15.50.
For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, orders ship via FedEx Second Day Air. HSB will cover the shipping cost equivalent to FedEx Ground service to California, and customers are responsible for any additional cost.
For customers in Puerto Rico, orders ship via FedEx. Orders of $150 or more qualify for shared shipping, with HSB covering 50% of the shipping cost. Orders under $150 will be billed the full shipping amount. Final shipping charges are determined after shipment.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All orders must be inspected upon arrival, and any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization. HSB will accept returns from the original customer only under the following conditions:
- All returns must be arranged in advance by calling 1-800-526-8981 or emailing your sales representative.
- Returned goods must be in their original, clean, unmarked, and resellable packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 150 days of the invoice date.
Credit for approved returns will be issued as follows:
- Returns made within 30 days of the invoice date — 100% credit
- Returns made within 31–75 days of the invoice date — 80% credit
- Returns made within 76–150 days of the invoice date — 50% credit
Non-Returnable Items:
- Merchandise unsuitable for resale due to age, condition, obsolescence, or expiration date will not receive credit.
- Special-order items, closeouts, and short-dated items are not returnable.
- Prescription items, controlled substances, and temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit or refund will be issued to your account based on the above schedule
